We can produce either the complete project as a stand alone miniature room box, or adjust it to fit a room in your miniature dollshouse, or provide some of the items on an individual basis, details of which are shown below.
Heraldic shields decorate Henry's hall
The hall is 12in long by 8in deep by 7in from the floor to eaves. A further 3½in height is added above the eaves to the top sloping roof. Inside the timbers are painted to simulate aged natural wood. Outside and for the roof timbers all the wood had been finished with brown stain.
The hall has been constructed to give views through the front wall and part of the roof. The hall features a large fireplace, and a minstrels' gallery behind a raised seating area for the Lord and Lady. The main feature of the setting is the king post roof and the collection of heraldic shields decorating the timber framed walls.
Our project was to create a room box but you can transfer some of these ideas into your Tudor dolls' house.
